Our Parts and Service Department is headed up by Len Graham. Len has been in the industry for over 30 years. His knowledge in sourcing parts is unparalleled. As a result our customers enjoy a cost saving component that most of our competitors simply cannot offer.
Vans are dispatched from our head office in Mississauga. We have satellite service depots in Cambridge and Whitby. Our fully equipped and licensed shop is capable of handling equipment as large as 30,000 lbs in lifting capacity. Rental trucks are readily available. For customers enrolled in our maintenance program loaner equipment is available on quoted shop jobs of $1,000.00 or more.
We take safety seriously.
As mandated by the “Ministry of Labour” Forklift Trucks must be “Safety Certified” annually. We not only offer this service but track due dates to issue you a reminder and ensure all forklift safety protocols are met. Customers in our system are contacted and notified that their safeties are coming due. An appointment is then made and mechanic dispatched.
Our maintenance program commonly referred to as “Preventative Maintenance” or “Operational Maintenance” on equipment is a cost saving service. Once again the “Ministry of Labour” legislates that material handling equipment receive regular maintenance and be in good working order. For electric equipment that would involve; inspection of braking components, hydraulic fluids and filters, grease, motors pumps and various other check points as noted on our “Inspection Form”. For IC trucks we would also include all other fluids and breathers. Please see OM forms used by mechanics to fully illustrate the complete service coverage.
Depending on application demands it is recommended PM’s/OM’s be completed every 250 hrs of usage or 3 months. Once the service has been completed the customer is issued a detailed report outlining repairs rendered and recommendations. Costs are also tracked and quotes generated where requested. OM scheduling is tracked in-house. Customers are notified as to when the next one is due

Lift North America believes good communication leads to strong customer relations. Our mechanics make a point of showing the customer why the breakdown occurred and what is required to fix it. Quotes are generated in real time from our service desk and emailed off for approval. Our service team is readily available and can be easily reached.
